Fabio Bernardi holds a degree in Physical Therapy from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan. He decided to specialize by pursuing a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Disorders, earning the title of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist (OMPT) in 2019.
At the clinic, he primarily treats patients with persistent musculoskeletal pain and complex clinical cases, integrating the principles of psychologically informed physical therapy into his daily practice.
He is a lecturer in the Advanced Course in Therapeutic Exercise and Relational Strategies and the Master’s Program in Musculoskeletal and Rheumatological Physical Therapy at the University of Molise. In the past, she has also collaborated with the Master’s programs at Sapienza University of Rome and the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her main interests include the management of psychosocial factors, fear of movement, and clinical communication in the treatment of persistent pain.
She is also active in science outreach and education, promoting a biopsychosocial approach to physical therapy through courses, events, and online content.
