This advanced IMTA module applies Maitland® clinical reasoning to the management of orofacial pain and headache. It integrates the cervico-cranio-facial complex, trigemino-cervical mechanisms, and pain classification within the Maitland framework (subjective and objective assessment, treatment, and reassessment). The focus is on practical assessment of the TMJ and craniofacial structures, neurodynamic testing, and orofacial motor control, combining manual therapy, sensorimotor training, and pain education into clear, progressive treatment strategies for complex head, neck, and facial conditions
