November 21, 2026
Musculoskeletal pain is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide and requires increasingly up-to-date, integrated, and evidence-based approaches to assessment and management. In this context, the conference provides an important opportunity for professional development for physiotherapists and physicians, with the aim of exploring contemporary models for the assessment and management of musculoskeletal pain.
A distinctive feature of this event is the participation of an international faculty of internationally renowned clinicians and researchers who have made significant contributions to advancing our understanding of pain and developing innovative rehabilitation strategies. Their expertise will offer participants a unique opportunity to engage directly with world-leading experts and gain insight into the latest scientific evidence and its clinical application.
The scientific programme will explore the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying musculoskeletal pain, the role of biopsychosocial factors and movement in pain modulation, and contemporary evidence-based treatment approaches. Particular emphasis will be placed on innovative models of care, including Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT – Evoolve Academy) and Psychologically Informed Physical Therapy (PIPT), through the discussion of clinical cases and therapeutic strategies supported by the current international scientific literature.
The conference will also address topics of growing importance, such as therapeutic communication and the development of a strong therapeutic alliance, both of which are now recognized as fundamental components of effective, person-centred clinical practice.
The event will conclude with a roundtable discussion designed to encourage dialogue between faculty and participants, promoting the translation of scientific evidence into everyday clinical practice. Thanks to the outstanding calibre of its international faculty and the high scientific quality of the programme, this conference represents a unique educational opportunity for healthcare professionals committed to excellence in the contemporary management of musculoskeletal pain.
